In tropical climates like Indonesia, a high-ceilinged house is an excellent choice. The large volume in the room makes air circulation work well. Visually, it looks even wider. Far from being cramped and claustrophobic.

You don't need too many items to get rid of the empty impression in a high-ceilinged room. With the play of light, the empty impression can disappear instantly. An additional floor can be built in a room with a high ceiling. Additional floor area can be adjusted to the overall area of the room. Chandeliers are commonly used in rooms with high ceilings. However, you must pay attention to the shape, design and method of installation of the chandelier. Everything must be adapted to the overall concept of the room. If you want to get the impression of glamor and luxury, antique chandeliers can be an option. The method of installation should not be arbitrary, it must be hung in a fairly low position, or approximately two meters from the floor. 7. Art Collection
For art collectors who have quite a large collection, a room with a high ceiling can be used as a display space. The extent of the wall area can be used as a place to display photos, paintings or a collection of vinyl records. A shelf can be stored at the bottom. This small shelf can be used as a place to put collectibles such as books, magazines, flower vases or small statues.
