Leak! Leak! It's How to Overcome it
Leaks that hit the house would make the inhabitants become uncomfortable. In addition to continuous dripping water, other parts of the house have the potential to become damaged. Types of Leaks

Based on the location of the source of the leak, the cause of the leak can be described as follows:
- Source of leakage on the nok and tile, namely broken / sagged tile and plastering nok crack
- Source of leakage in concrete, ie no cracks and inclinations are not true
- Source of leakage at the wall meeting with neighboring houses, ie there is a gap between the walls, the height of the wall is not the same and the crack at the edge of the wall
- Source of leaks on the gutters, ie cracks on jurai gutters and roof meetings
Leaks due to Broken / Dropping Roofs
Repairs to this leakage depend on the condition of the broken roof. If the tile is badly damaged, it must be replaced with a new tile. In an emergency, you can close the broken tile section with plastic or tarpaulin to prevent the rain from entering. But if the tile is just a rat, you can patch it with waterproofing and fiber fiber. Can also be applied to the existing bitumen membrane waterproofing adhesives. The shape is like a double-sided tape that already has adhesive, so practical in its use.
Leaks due to Nok Rok Plastering
Plastering on the roof tiles is the biggest source of leakage in this case. Immaculate plastering can make this area cracked and the nok easily detached. How to handle this leak is to patch the leak area with waterproofing based on acrylic fiber with fiber. Waterproofing of this type is required because it will be exposed to direct sunlight. Leaks due to Roof Dak Crack
Leaks on roofs can not be caused by cracks. This crack can be only in the plaster (screed) or also cracked on the concrete plate. The most common cause is due to the poor work of the concrete plate. Leak due to incomplete roof tap

In the case of leaks that occur on adjacent neighboring walls, the two walls of our house with the neighbors basically have their own structure, resulting in different shrinkages. This causes the cracks / gaps between the walls. The gap in the rain will hold water, which in turn will lead to seepage on the inner walls of both houses. The fix, on the lower wall of the gap cover using a 1: 3 species, with a slope towards the inside of our house. After drying, on it we apply flashing using BJLS zinc or better using zincalume sheets. This flashing serves as a flat gutter so that water does not enter the two wall meetings.
Leaks that occur in the gutter
In junk gutters often occur leaks when there is no garbage that accumulate in talanng. This is probably due to the rusty material of zinc gutters. The hole caused by rust is the way to enter the water. If the zinc gutter is rusty, do the replacement. Make sure the gutter has sufficient slope. If there is a connection, apply protective rubber so that water does not penetrate the connection (eg with bitumen membrane waterproofing). To prevent rust on gutters, apply zinc chromate or other products for rust protectors.
In flat gutters made of concrete, in case of leakage, the fix is the same as the leak that occurs on the roof of the concrete, which is laying waterproofing type cement base, then covered with plaster or screed.
